Inventory of Benchmarks in National Plans

Developed by the UNESCO Institute for Statistics (UIS), the ‘Inventory of Benchmarks in National Reports’ is a compilation of national education documents from 2004 to 2025 - 330 National Education Plans, 286 Voluntary National Review (VNR), and 146 commitments submitted to the Transforming Education Summit (TES) - with the purpose of assessing the inclusion of quantitative and/or qualitative SDG 4 benchmarks.
